Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment and order confirmation. This is a manual process upon checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details.

Local Delivery

We work with trusted courier partners to provide estimated delivery times. However, once your parcel is with the courier, some factors beyond our control may impact delivery times, such as:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Unreachable customers for hand-over
  • Courier delays due to strikes or unforeseen events

If issues arise, we will assist wherever possible and keep you informed.

Some remote areas may not be serviced by our couriers. If applicable, we’ll arrange for your package to be delivered to the nearest available location for collection.

No deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations!

How to Order:

Shipping fees will be calculated separately and invoiced manually as our online store currently does not facilitate for international order shipping charges. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, email orders@piquingpatter.com with your name & order number, and we’ll assist you.
